Joshua Turpin is the pastor of First Baptist Eagle Lake. Joshua most recently called Waco, TX, home, having studied at Baylor since 2012. He graduated in August of 2021 with a Masters of Divinity from Truett Seminary and a Masters of Music in Church Music. Joshua has served in multiple Baptist churches since 2013 bringing a commitment to scripture, discipleship, and community engagement to each congregation. He and his wife Brittany welcomed their first son, Elijah Paul, into the world in the summer of 2024 and have simply loved being parents. In his spare time, Joshua loves woodworking, baking, and spending time with family and friends.
